Happy you have found this Grateful Mama! This blog has been a dream of mine since I returned home from my year-long adventure teaching in South Korea. I loved sharing my experiences, lessons, pictures and travels online. It allowed me stay in touch with family and friends, while also letting out my creative side.
Writing has also been a dream of mine since I was a kid. I have written poems, short stories, an actual novel (when I was 12!) and now a children’s book. Nothing ever published, but stick around and you will see that dream become a reality!
My hope today is to share stories and adventures that have already happened and ones that are still to come. My husband and I bought a shuttle bus in February 2020, converted it in 17 months and have been living in it full time for close to 5 years. With all the uncertainty that the first couple years brought, we stayed close to home, but we changed that the summer of 2024! The summer before, Corey and I were busy finally tying the knot!
We have so many dreams and bucket list items we plan to achieve and I am excited to share them all here! Hope you will follow along and enjoy the journey!
